India in Lebanon (Embassy of India, Beirut) organised a heartfelt ‘Bharatiya Music & Dance Evening’ as part of ‘Promotion of Cultural Ties with Diaspora’ in Beirut. Ambassador Noor Rahman Sheikh welcomed the diaspora & encouraged them to remain connected with Bharatiya culture. Bollywood Playback Singer Mohammed Vakil, Indian Council For Cultural Relations Dance Teacher, Members of Indian diaspora and INDBATT team gave mesmerizing music & dance performances. Former MOS for External Affairs Shri V Muraleedharan also graced the event; and with Ambassador Noor Rahman Sheikh, presented the artists with certificates of appreciation.
